Lily Virginia Kasir (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Counselor and Translator at the Philadelphia Women's Center. In 2009, they became a Producer at konsonant/. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Owner of Lilypad Music, where they provided music classes and events for children and offered private instrument lessons. During this time, they also worked as an Interactive Technology and Creative Project Manager. In 2017, they joined the NYU Steinhardt Edtech Accelerator as a UX Design Consultant. As a Freelance UX Designer from 2017 to 2018, they focused on understanding user needs through research.
