Wilson MacHado

Wilson Machado has a strong background in audit and accounting. Wilson began their career at KPMG Brazil in 2010, where they served as an Audit Supervisor. In this role, Wilson led teams and conducted audits of financial statements, analyzed internal controls, and made recommendations for improvement. Wilson then moved to KPMG in the United States, where they became a Senior Auditor responsible for leading teams and conducting audits of public companies. Wilson joined DaVita Inc. in 2017 as a Senior Internal Auditor, focusing on assurance and advisory projects. Wilson later transitioned to the role of Senior Compliance Auditor. In 2019, Wilson joined Envestnet, Inc. as a SOX & Internal Audit professional, providing support for the company's domestic and international auditing and monitoring programs. Most recently, Wilson started working at Checkr, Inc. as part of the Corporate Accounting team in 2021.

Wilson Machado earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade de Franca, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a College Extension program in Diploma of Business Management at Martin College from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pós Graduação - Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
