Paul Botelho

Paul co-founded CheckSammy in 2018 and brings 20+ years of experience leading and advising technology companies across acquisitions, operations, and sales and marketing strategies​. Previously, Paul held Managing Director (CEO) roles for Scorecard Media, Europa Point Group and Peak Technologies before establishing his own advisory boutique focused on eCommerce, mobile, marketing, and software development services​. Paul also has significant experience in blockchain technologies, previously developing a cryptocurrency arbitrage strategy, and currently serves as an advisory partner to Codex Capital Partners​.

Paul volunteers his time with various non-profits in his local community. Paul is the President of Coastal FC soccer club with over 4,000 members focusing on youth and adult soccer and is a board member of Crescent Beach Swimming Club.
