Jack Hook

Jack Hook has extensive experience as a financial executive, particularly in the role of CFO. Jack has worked for multiple companies, including Chedraui USA, Smart & Final, Fiesta Mart, Inc., and El Super. Jack started their career as a Management Consultant at DLC, Inc. in 2003 and later served as the VP of Finance and Administration at TWI from 2004 to 2006. Jack then worked as the CFO/COO at 72andSunny from 2006 to 2008. Their most recent positions include CFO roles at Smart & Final in 2021 and Chedraui USA in 2022.

Jack Hook attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a BS degree in Accounting and Finance. Jack then pursued an MBA degree in Corporate Finance & Strategy from the USC Marshall School of Business from 1998 to 2001.
