Tom Paolucci

Tom Paolucci's work experience includes being the Group Vice President of Business Integration & Special Projects at Chedraui USA, where they were responsible for the integration of multiple distribution centers. Prior to this, they served as the Group Vice President and Vice President of Supply Chain at Smart & Final, overseeing distribution and transportation operations for multiple locations. Tom also held the role of Director of Distribution at Smart & Final, managing operations, implementing process improvements, and improving employee engagement. Tom Paolucci has also worked as the General Manager at Mervyn's, the COO and Co-founder of SportsCapsule, and the Director of Distribution Systems at Toys R Us.
