Jeffrey Esposito

Jeffrey Esposito has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and facility management field. Jeffrey has worked in various positions, including Director of Engineering at Historic Biltmore Hotel and Director of Engineering at Savoy Hotel. Jeffrey also has experience as a General Manager at JKL Engineering and as a Property Engineering Manager/Engineering Consultant at Jade Montain Resort. In their roles, Jeffrey has been responsible for managing maintenance departments, commissioning buildings and systems, hiring and managing engineering teams, and implementing maintenance procedures. Jeffrey has also worked on energy conservation projects and has experience with various systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical. Jeffrey's most recent position is as the Engineering Director at Cheeca Lodge & Spa.

Jeffrey Esposito studied Electrical Engineering/Physics at the University of Rhode Island from 1988 to 1992. Jeffrey also completed coursework in Business Administration, Management and Operations/Engineering at the Community College of Rhode Island from 1986 to 1998. In 2012, they pursued Project Management studies at Bryant University. Jeffrey obtained a Real Estate Brokers' License from the Rhode Island Association of Realtors in 2009, specializing in Commercial Real Estate. Jeffrey also holds a Brokers License/Property Management certification from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as an Electrical Inspector from the State of Rhode Island and a Real Estate Broker from the State of Rhode Island.
