Sarah Robinson serves as the Associate Dean of Academics at Lipscomb Academy since August 2019, focusing on curriculum standards and faculty support in best practices for instruction and assessment. Alongside this role, Sarah is an AP Social Studies Teacher and has also worked as a Guest Services Representative at Cheekwood, enhancing guest experiences. Previous experience includes serving as a Family Empowerment Fellow at SchermCo, where responsibilities involved data analysis and program evaluation, and participating in the Tennessee Educators of Color Fellowship to develop leadership and understanding of diversity and inclusion in education. Sarah's earlier career includes teaching at Nashville Christian School and coaching middle school and high school sports. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Instructional Coaching from Lipscomb University and a Master’s degree in Communications from Liberty University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History Teacher Education from Lipscomb University.

Cheekwood is a 55-acre botanical garden and art museum located on the historic Cheek estate. Originally built as the home of Leslie and Mabel Cheek in 1929, Cheekwood is one of the finest examples of an American Country Place Era estate. Since being converted into a museum of art and botanical garden in 1960, Cheekwood has presented world-class art exhibitions, spectacular gardens and an historic estate unlike anything else.
