Chris Forbes has a long history of work experience, beginning with ABN Amro in 1996, where they held the role of Middle Office. In the same year, they co-founded Fishingnet.com, where they were a designer, coder, and SEO expert. In 2016, they co-founded The Cheeky Panda, where they were an FMCG account manager and SEO expert. Finally, in 2018, they founded Ph.D. Search & Selection (now part of CloudStreamGlobal), where they placed over 100 hires to UBS globally from 2001 to 2012 and over 200 hires into PWCs consultancy business at up to partner level hires across mid market, operations, supply chain, risk, technology, digital and asset management.

Chris Forbes attended the University of Greenwich from 1994 to 1997 and obtained a BA in Philosophy.
