Matt Flavin is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong background in the foodservice industry. Currently serving as West Division Manager at Cheese Merchants since May 2023, Matt oversees the sales team across the western division, focusing on pricing, spend, NSP, and performance using a hybrid sales model. Prior to this role, Matt amassed extensive experience at Lamb Weston, where responsibilities included managing the foodservice sales team as Sr Regional Sales Manager and handling customer sales strategies. Earlier positions include Director of Dining Services at Liberty Heights and Corporate Banquet Manager at Valley Hospitality. Matt began a career in culinary management as General Manager and Executive Chef for The Clean Plate Club, LLC. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
