Jason Koranda

Jason Koranda has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jason began their career as a Software Engineer at RedPrairie in 2006, where they developed internal applications and web applications using technologies such as .NET, SQL, and SharePoint. Jason then joined IEEE Computer Society in 2007 as President, where they successfully increased revenue, membership, and organizational recognition.

In 2013, Jason took on roles at RedPrairie and JDA Software as a Technical Trainer and Education Architect, respectively. Jason was responsible for developing and delivering technical training materials and organizing training programs for RedPrairie's product suite. At JDA Software, they collaborated with other departments to obtain information for training materials on all RedPrairie products.

In the same year, Jason joined Americold Logistics, LLC. and held multiple positions. As a Senior Software Developer, they designed and implemented software enhancements, mentored development teams in Agile SDLC and Scrum best practices, and ensured the release of high-quality applications. Jason then became a Software Development Team Lead, managing and delivering complex system development projects across various technologies and practicing agile methodologies. Finally, they assumed the role of Software Development Manager, leading a team of skilled developers and managing the delivery of multiple simultaneous system development projects.

Most recently, in 2022, Jason joined Cheetah as a Senior BlueYonder/JDA Engineer, contributing to the development of the company's systems.

Jason Koranda attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in MIS & Computer Science. In 2016, they also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance.
