Dominique Flores is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various chef roles. Starting a career as a Sous Chef at Bottega Louie Restaurant, Gourmet Market & Patisserie from June 2012 to May 2014, Dominique progressed to the position of Executive Sous Chef at Border Grill and then at Messhall Kitchen. Following these roles, Dominique served as a Chef at Grill Concepts before transitioning to the current position as a Chef Consultant in January 2015. Dominique holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Art Institute of Minneapolis, completed from 2006 to 2008.
