Healthy and Delicious food that is easy to make at home is my mantra! You can strengthen family ties, honor your roots, and feel proud of achieving new things through homemade food and eating together. Cooking can be a language of love, a multicultural journey, a learning experience, and an opportunity to share.

I create. and teach you how to cook dishes from around the world in varied and healthy ways. Places I've lived and visited around the world have taught me about the bountiful foods, herbs, and spices that make food shine!

I know it is not easy to cook every day, so this is why, on my site, you will get ideas on how to cook for multiple meals and create frozen packages of herbs, spices, and ingredients so you do not have to get all your counters dirty daily, and have amazingly delicious food at home, from herbs that never go bad to beans and lentils like you have never had before. For Vegans, Vegetarians, and Omnivores.

I was born in a country where local food was all we had and thus created an amazing array of recipes (daughter of a Master Pastry Chef) with what was at hand—fantastic fruit, vegetables, legumes, and, yes, meats, poultry, and seafood. But one pound of beef would feed 4 to 6. So, it was sustainable. We still eat this way but have learned to add many greens cultivated in our land. Vegetables were served every day, yet salads were only for the parents. 

I lived above a pastry shop my mother had, and as an A-type woman, I learned to hack my mother’s cooking by creating easy ways to eat just as delicious food in less time as I, too, had to work.
