Walter Burks

Walter Burks has a diverse range of work experience in various sales and management roles. Walter currently serves as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Chef Software since July 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Flexera as a Major Account Manager from September 2017 onwards. At BDNA, they held the position of Director of Sales for Intelligence Community starting from June 2016. Before that, they were a Regional Sales Manager at IBM from July 2014 to June 2016. Walter also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Hewlett Packcard from November 2013 to June 2014, and at Endace/Emulex as a Regional Sales Manager from February 2011 to October 2013.

Walter Burks completed their high school education at Montbello High School from 1980 to 1982. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from Prairie View A&M University, graduating in 1986. Their field of study during this time was Computer Science.
