Currently serving as the Managing Director for Global FoodTech at Catallyze and Head of Investments & Consulting at WIN Family Office, Petko focuses on strategic initiatives and sustainable solutions within the hospitality and food sectors. Additionally, Petko co-founded UMAMYA and contributed as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Academy of Entrepreneurs, guiding aspiring business leaders. Previous roles include significant positions at notable firms such as YouGov, APD Group, and Lightspeed Research, showcasing expertise in research operations, client management, and project leadership. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's in Ecology and Chemistry from Sofia University, a Diploma in Digital Content Marketing, and a certification in PRINCE2 project management, among others.
