Mark's educational background includes a Diploma in Hotel Management and Professional Cooking, earned at Sophia's College in Mumbai from 1987 to 1989.

CHEFIN was born in Sydney. In the kitchen of a young couple, both with different backgrounds but a shared love for food and travelling. Driven by their love of the bonds created between guests over a good meal, the pair made it their mission to build an experience based booking platform that covers all aspects of what is needed and is missing inthe food industry. CHEFIN is passionate about the nurturing of chefs, innovation and creativity in private dining, ease of group dining with an edge and simply putting back the love and sheer passion into shared dining experiences!
