Théobald de Bentzmann has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Summer Intern at Lazard Frères Gestion. Théobald then spent a summer internship at CDIB Capital in 2010, followed by an M&A Summer Intern -IBD role at Barclays Investment Bank in 2011. Théobald then returned to Barclays Investment Bank in 2012 as an M&A Analyst-IBD. In 2015, they founded Comuneat, a startup introducing homemade cooking to replace industrial meals. In 2017, they founded Alchimii, a platform designed to create good atmosphere and cohesion in the workplace. Finally, they joined CroissancePlus as a Member in 2019, and is currently a Founder at Stealth Startup since 2021.

Théobald de Bentzmann attended the University of Cambridge from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the Judge Business School. Prior to that, they attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance.
