Thomas van Burg

Thomas van Burg has been involved in the food industry since 2005. Thomas began their career as an MSc student in Management Studies at Wageningen University. In 2008, they completed an internship at BDO Nederland. In 2010, they completed an MSc thesis at Nutreco. In 2011, they worked as a Project Manager at De VermogensMeesters. In 2012, they co-founded HelloFresh Benelux, where they were responsible for building and scaling the supply chain, procurement and development of the product, while growing the team and continuously scaling the organization. In 2021, they co-founded Cheflix l Online Masterclasses, a platform that allows everyone to learn how to cook like a real Michelin chef.

Thomas van Burg obtained their MSc in Management Studies from Wageningen University & Research in 2011. In 2010, they also obtained an MSc in Marketing from Aarhus University. Thomas is currently enrolled at Wageningen University & Research, but has not yet obtained a degree.
