Joan Ryan

Joan Ryan is a seasoned food service professional with extensive experience in restaurant ownership and corporate dining management. As the owner of Chefs For Seniors Inc since May 2021, Joan has leveraged previous expertise gained as the Corporate Dining Large Unit Manager at Abbott from July 2001 to January 2016, where responsibilities included employee management, contract negotiations, and event coordination for a large staff. Prior to this, Joan owned Potesta’s Pizza from September 1975 to June 1997, successfully establishing a new restaurant location and overseeing all operational aspects. Joan’s educational background includes studies at the College of Lake County.
