Shirrell Edey is the Owner & Executive Chef at Chefs For Seniors Inc and the Owner / Executive Chef at L.O.V.E Premier Catering & Events. Prior to their culinary ventures, Shirrell worked as an Executive Assistant/IT Coordinator at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and GFI Energy Ventures, providing support to high-level executives. Shirrell also has experience as an Administrator at Palms Residential Care Facility (RCFCI). Shirrell holds a Master Chef degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, a Specialized Associates Degree in Marketing from University of Phoenix, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Shirrell's educational journey began with a High School Diploma from Taft High School.
