Alyssa Ortner is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in teaching and professional development. Currently serving as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Freehold Regional High School District since September 2018, Alyssa teaches Honors Geometry, IB Math, and Statistics while employing technology to enhance learning experiences. In addition to teaching, Alyssa holds roles as a Professional Learning Coordinator & Coach, focusing on developing and facilitating professional development opportunities, and as an Induction Specialist, where responsibilities include mentoring new staff. Previous experience includes teaching roles at various educational institutions, coaching cheerleading teams, and a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Montclair State University.
