Ar. Ratnakar Padhi PMP completed their Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Utkal University between 1995 and 2000. In 2010, they attended the Madras Management Training Institute in Doha, Qatar, where they obtained an Advanced Project Management Program certificate. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Sambalpur University, starting in 2021. Additionally, in 2011, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
