Gaurav Saini has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Gaurav started their career as a Summer Trainee at Roca, where they conducted a project to study brand awareness and penetration of Roca products. Gaurav then worked at PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt Ltd as a Customer Executive in both General Trade and Organized Trade, driving volume and growth in the given territories. Gaurav also led and coached teams to ensure market execution and distribution.

After that, Gaurav joined RB as a Territory Sales Incharge, responsible for driving volume and growth in a given territory and leading a team of supervisors, KASRs, and Brand Advisors. Gaurav ensured the execution of 4P's inside stores by continuously tracking KASRs and merchandisers using prescribed tools.

Later, Gaurav worked at DIAGEO India as an Assistant Manager and at Mirchi as a Sales Head. In their role at Mirchi, they were responsible for sales and was later promoted to Retail Sales Head.

Currently, Gaurav is working as a Client Service Director at Cheil India, where they oversee client services and ensures client satisfaction.

Gaurav Saini completed their MBA in Management from Lovely School of Business, LPU, Punjab in the years 2010 to 2012. Gaurav also obtained additional certifications in "Holding Yourself Accountable" and "Leading and Working in Teams" from LinkedIn in the year 2019.
