David Nelson

David Nelson has over 30 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Financial Planning at Chelan County Public Utility District since May 2003, David previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Credit Administration at City National Bank, overseeing the Northern California region. David's career includes positions as Vice President of Finance at US Online, Vice President at Aslan Adventures, and Vice President at City National Bank, where responsibilities included commercial banking. Educationally, David earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Finance from The Wharton School from 1982 to 1986.
