Heath Mahaffey

Heath Mahaffey possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior System Operator at Chelan County PUD since March 2018, previously holding a similar position at the City of Farmington in New Mexico from August 2013 to April 2018. With a robust background in electric transmission and generation systems, Heath has also worked as a Generation Control Associate at Constellation Energy and as a NERC RC Certified Generation Dispatcher at GenOn Energy and EDP Renováveis. Earlier career roles include Project Manager at Global Energy Services USA, Turbo Driller/Turbine Technician at Smith International, and Supervisor at TriStar Petroserv. Heath's career began in commercial fishing and included service as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Navy, graduating at the top of the class from the Air Traffic Control Academy.
