Josh Mitchell

Josh Mitchell is an experienced energy efficiency professional with a strong background in designing and managing conservation programs. Currently serving as an Energy Efficiency Advisor at Chelan County PUD since January 2015, Josh focuses on residential energy conservation initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Puget Sound Energy, where Josh managed the Small Business Direct Install Program, worked as a Program Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist, and served as an Environmental Education and Outreach Specialist. Earlier in Josh's career, experience as a Sales and Education Specialist at REI and a High School Special Education Teacher at West Liberty High School contributed to a diverse skill set. Josh holds a BA in Psychology and Health, along with Secondary Education from Luther College.
