Charlotte Maltby

Charlotte Maltby is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in public relations. Currently serving as a Communications Officer at Chelmsford City Council since March 2020, Charlotte previously worked as a Programme Communications Officer for Essex County Council, where involvement in the Superfast Essex broadband initiative led to significant achievements in improving connectivity for over 132,000 homes and businesses.
