James Grove

James Grove is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the sports and education sectors. Currently serving as the Head of IT at Chelsea Football Club since March 2023, James previously held the position of Director of IT at Southampton Football Club, where responsibilities included overseeing all IT services and contributing to the Senior Leadership Team. Prior experience at Navitas spanned several roles, culminating in the Head of Business Technology Partnerships for UK and Europe, where James directed IT service delivery for regional business units. A graduate of the University of Bath with a BSc in Computer Science and currently pursuing an MBA from Solent University, James combines technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities.
