Shannen Murphy

Shannen Murphy has a diverse background in customer service and beauty industry roles. Currently serving as a Front Desk Receptionist at Chelsea Football Club since October 2023, Shannen previously held the position of Beauty Receptionist at Dr PJ Aesthetic Clinic from October 2019 to February 2020, focusing on administrative tasks during a brief tenure due to the COVID lockdown. Shannen began a career in the hairdressing sector as a Hairdressing Apprentice at Jones Hair Salon from September 2010 to June 2013, completing training and qualifications while attending South Thames College. Following this, Shannen continued at The Chelsea Chair as a Hairdressing Junior from July 2013 to April 2014 after being recruited by the Assistant Manager of Jones Hair.
