Charles Schmid is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Chelsea Investment Corporation since October 2004, Charles has been with the company since its inception in 1986 and co-founded its affiliated general contractor, Emmerson Construction, where Charles also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer since June 2011 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer. Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC San Diego between 1985 and 1991.
