David Potter

David Potter has extensive experience in real estate development and asset management. David has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Currently, they serve as the Director of Development at Chelsea Investment Corporation. Prior to that, they were a Vice President and Development Partner at JPI Companies and held positions at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, The Picerne Group, Fifteen Group, and BlackRock. David has also served on the Board of Directors for Downtown San Diego Partnership and HomeAid San Diego. David has a strong background in site acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, product design, construction oversight, and lease-up management.

David Potter graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. David attended this university from 2002 to 2006. Later, in 2012 to 2013, David pursued a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California - Sol Price School of Public Policy.
