Steve Ummel is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and controller roles across various companies in the real estate and homebuilding sectors. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at Chelsea Investment Corporation since September 2022, Steve previously held positions as Controller at California West and Brookfield Residential, as well as Controller roles at California West Communities and Davidson Communities. Early in the career, Steve worked as Assistant Project Controller at William Lyon Homes and as Senior Auditor at Kenneth Leventhal & Company. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Chapman University.
