Ian Boone possesses extensive experience in operational management and support within the manufacturing and airline industries. Since January 2002, Ian has served as an Operational Support Service Representative at Chelsea Milling Company, providing strategic advice and logistics support while facilitating key performance indicator meetings. Prior to this role, Ian held various positions at Northwest Airlines from May 1990 to September 2001, including Senior Operational Manager, where oversight of daily ramp operations was a primary responsibility. Ian's background encompasses budget management, safety performance improvement, compliance audits, and the creation of training programs that increased staffing productivity significantly.
