Angela Zhou

Angela Zhou has a strong background in customer service and membership management, currently serving as Membership Concierge at Chelsea Piers Connecticut since June 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing new member onboarding, managing member complaints, and resolving customer experience concerns. Previously, Angela held the position of Registration Manager, where training front desk staff and leading software transition initiatives were key achievements, earning the 2019 Most Valuable Person Award. Angela's early experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant for Horizons National, supporting educational programs for elementary to middle school campers. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Connecticut-Stamford and also attended Manhattanville University.
