Onell Davila

Onell Davila is the current Housekeeping Manager at Chelsea Piers Connecticut. Onell has previous experience as an Operations Manager at Harris County Hospital Distric Ben Taub General Hospital and Assistant Director Housekeeping at both Palmetto General Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Hospital.

Davila is responsible for the overall quality and success of a diverse team consisting of up to 150 individuals, by deploying proven leadership and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they manage supply chain for up to 800 hospital beds focusing on maintenance and housekeeping. As team manager, Davila interacts with various Department Heads on a regular basis to ensure the highest quality care, service, and customer satisfaction and the successful compliance with all JCAHO guidelines.

Furthermore, Davila is responsible for the planning, organizing and administration of the overall operations of housekeeping functions in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, while interacting with other departments.
