Chelsfield
Alan Dornford has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Alan started their career as an Executive Director at NB Real Estate in 1991, where they held various roles and eventually became responsible for the Capital Markets business. In 2010, they joined Capita Real Estate as Managing Director and played a key role in the acquisition of GL Hearn. Alan also led the growth of the investor services offering within the company. In 2016, they became an Independent Consultant before joining Chelsfield as the Group Managing Director in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Principal at Bridgemont.
Alan Dornford completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Land Administration from the University of Portsmouth from 1984 to 1987.
