Paul Apollonio

Paul Apollonio has extensive work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Paul started their career at Morgan Stanley, where they participated in the Investment Banking Division's M&A Graduate Programme. Following this, they worked as a Fundraiser at Actionaid and later as an Associate at Societe Generale. In 2005, Paul joined 3i Plc Buyouts as a Consultant before becoming a Partner at Chelsfield in 2007. Paul currently holds the position of Managing Director at Chelsfield America LLC, where they oversee investment and development projects in key global gateway cities.
