Nick Taylor

Nick Taylor is an experienced professional in the housing and property sector, currently serving as Development Project Manager at Cheltenham Borough Homes Ltd since August 2017 and as Head of Property Investment at Orbit Group since September 2014. At Orbit Group, Nick leads a team responsible for managing a significant re-investment program across a portfolio of approximately 20,000 homes. Previously, Nick held various roles at Trent & Dove Housing from February 2010 to September 2014, including Asset Manager where management of a 21-member team and oversight of repairs and maintenance were key responsibilities. Nick's career began at Bromford Housing Group from November 1993 to January 2010, where positions included Head of Technical Innovation and Regional Surveyor, focusing on delivering repairs and new build projects within the South West region. Nick holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Wolverhampton University.
