Francesca Wild

Francesca Wild is an accomplished commercial leader currently serving as the Commercial Lead at The Ladder Group since May 2022, where expertise lies in helping organizations achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and hiring goals through a consultative approach. In addition, Francesca holds the position of Commercial Associate at Cheltenham Ladies' College and serves as a Council Advisory Board Member, focusing on engaging the younger generation and promoting inclusion. Previous experience includes roles as Talent Lead and Talent Executive at GREAT WORQS, where successful management of influencer campaigns led to surpassing revenue targets. Early career experiences include a Digital Marketing Internship at Digital Trails, tutoring at Titanium Tutors, and a short internship at Crowe. Francesca Wild earned a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and attended Cheltenham Ladies' College.
