Scott Springer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott is currently the President/Owner of Chelwood Consulting Group, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Vital Proteins as the Vice President of Operations from September 2017 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were employed by Bunge Oils as a Plant Manager/Regional Operations Manager from 2005 to 2011. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of an oil processing and packing plant, focused on improving safety and production functions, and implemented cost-saving measures.
Scott's career started at The Coca-Cola Company, where they worked as a Production Team Leader from 1999 to 2005. Here, they oversaw the corn syrup production process and logistics, implemented training programs, and achieved significant improvements in syrup yield.
Before entering the private sector, Scott served in the United States Navy from 1992 to 1998. Scott held various roles on the USS Truett and USS New Orleans, gaining valuable experience and receiving two Navy Commendation Medals.

Scott Springer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Riverside - A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management. Additionally, they have a certification in HACCP from Professional Food Safety Ltd.
