Kalah Smith has extensive experience in customer service and operational management, notably serving as a Customer Service Coordinator at ORG Chem Group, LLC. Prior roles include working as an SAP Superuser in Supply Chain, Material Management, and Production Planning at Kerry, where Kalah scheduled production lines and managed on-time, in-full shipments, as well as leading a successful database transition to SAP.
