Chandler Smith has a strong background in finance, having held various leadership positions throughout their career. Chandler served as the Chief Financial Officer at Chem-Trend starting in June 2019. Prior to that, they held the same role at SurTec International GmbH from January 2014 to May 2019. From May 2005 to December 2014, Chandler was the Executive Vice President/CFO at Kluber Lubrication. Chandler began their career as a Finance Manager at Smith & Nephew in 2001, where they stayed until 2005. From 1996 to 2001, Chandler worked as the Controller, Operations at Haemonetics.

Chandler Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance/Corporate Management from Florida Atlantic University in the years 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 1991 to 1993.
