Ellen Fackler-Smith, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional specializing in organizational culture and leadership development. Currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner Manager at Chem-Trend since May 2018, Ellen champions a safety-first culture and provides coaching and consulting to organizational leaders on leadership best practices and legal compliance.
