Kaleigh Rehil has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources Shared Services at Chem-Trend since January 2019. Kaleigh's role encompasses HR shared services for multiple companies, including Capol, Chem-Trend, Kluber Lubrication, and SurTec. Prior to this position, Kaleigh held various roles in HR at Chem-Trend, including Human Resources Generalist Lead and Human Resources Generalist. Kaleigh's previous experience also includes serving as HR Coordinator at Trescal, Inc., where responsibilities included HR Generalist duties and later as HR Business Partner. Kaleigh began a career in HR at Target, progressing from an Executive Intern to an Executive Team Leader - Hardlines. Kaleigh is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, specializing in Human Resource Management.
