Rich Rossio is an accomplished Senior Scientist in the Marketing and Technology Group at Chem-Trend, where responsibilities include product research and development (R&D) and technical service and development (TS&D) for polyurethane mold release agents, focusing on diverse market segments such as flexible foam and energy-absorbing materials. With over 30 years of industry experience, prior roles include Product Development Manager and Supervisor, overseeing teams in the development of polyurethane and tire release agents. Previously, Rich Rossio was a Group Leader at BASF Corporation, leading product development for automotive polyurethane applications, and served as a Corporate Process Development Engineer at Johnson Controls. Rich Rossio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
