Yi Yang

Yi Yang is a highly experienced Senior Chemist at Chem-Trend, specializing in new product development, technical support, and production support since August 2021. Previously, Yi held roles as a Research Scientist at Solvay, where work included developing phosphate-free additives for metal cleaning and exploring coatings for solar panels and windmills. Yi's earlier experience includes leading projects on marine antifouling coatings at the University of Gothenburg and conducting Ph.D. research on biofouling at Université catholique de Louvain. Yi's educational background comprises a Research Doctorate in Chemical and Bio-Industry Engineering and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, complemented by various specialized courses in related fields.
