Sara Devorah Levovitz Lcsw (Debra)

Sara Devorah (Debra) Levovitz LCSW is an experienced licensed clinical social worker currently working in private practice and at CHEMED Health since January 2022. Previously, Sara served as a licensed clinical social worker at Achieve Behavioral Health from September 2019 to March 2021, focusing on clinical work in schools and satellite clinics, and held a similar position at Pesach Tikvah from October 2015 to June 2019.
