Rico Luijten

Rico Luijten is an experienced professional in business development and project management within the utilities and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Chemelot since May 2018, Rico oversees business growth initiatives in a collaborative chemical and materials community. Concurrently, since April 2018, Rico fulfills the role of Client Manager at USG Industrial Utilities, a joint venture between SABIC and Sitech Utility Holding. Previous positions include Project Manager for Continuous Improvement at Sitech Services BV and Manager of Maintenance & Preservation at Tennet TSO BV. Rico also possesses a robust background in service management and engineering, having held managerial roles at Essent and DSM, among others. Rico's educational foundation includes a master's degree in Electrotechnics from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and foundational studies at the University of Groningen.
