Ann Kaneeras

Ann Kaneeras has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR, leadership development, organizational development, and performance improvement. Ann currently serves as the VP - HR at Chememan Public Company Limited. Prior to this, they held positions such as Regional People & Organization Director and Regional Human Resources Director at Kerry Siam Seaport Limited, where they developed HR strategies, managed budgets, and led HR teams. Ann also worked at Sanofi as a Leadership Development Curriculum Lead and Organizational Development and Recruitment Manager, where they designed and managed leadership development programs and improved HR systems. Additionally, they served as the Corporate HR Manager at B.Grimm Group, where they provided strategic HR and OD leadership. Earlier in their career, Ann worked at The APM Group as a Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager and Performance Improvement Manager, and at Celestica (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as a Material Planner/Buyer.

Ann Kaneeras has a diverse education history. Ann obtained certification as a Life Coach Practitioner from Thailand Coaching Academy (TCA) in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Engineering Science degree in Manufacturing Management from The University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2001. Ann's earlier education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Srinakharinwirot University, which they obtained between 1996 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, Ann also holds the Insights Discovery Practitioner certification from Insights.
