Sean Cai is a seasoned mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in design and management roles across various companies in the engineering sector. Currently serving as Mechanical Engineering Manager at Chemex Global since August 2021, Sean has previously held positions including Lead Mechanical Engineer at Plant Process Equipment, Inc., and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Canrig Drilling Technology Ltd. Sean's expertise encompasses mechanical design of pressure vessels and heat exchangers according to ASME standards, as well as research and development for drilling equipment. With a solid educational foundation, including a Ph.D. in Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, Sean has demonstrated a strong capability in leading teams, improving product serviceability, and enhancing the reliability and performance of engineering systems.
