Jeroen Hobert

Jeroen Hobert is an experienced marine engineer with a diverse background in various roles within the maritime industry. Currently serving as Hoofdwerktuigkundige at Chemgas since January 2022, Jeroen has previously held positions as an engineer at Atlas Professionals, project engineer at PROMAC B.V., and specialist operator at HEINEKEN. Jeroen's extensive experience includes a significant tenure as Hoofdwerktuigkundige at Dockwise, where responsibilities included the maintenance of technical installations and supervision of machinery teams, as well as working as a technical inspector on the newbuild project for the ship Finesse in China. Earlier roles included Hoofdwerktuigkundige at Danser van Gent and 2nd machinist at Spliethoff. Jeroen's education was completed at the Scheepvaart en Transport College Rotterdam between 2000 and 2004.
